some of Other manufacturers are testing their barrels accuracy within 15-30 yards. Although it is possible to reduce the allowable spread value according to the distance. But 50 yards will be a more reasonable testing distance. Because the nutation and precession errors

of the projectile are basically not reflected within 30 yards. The following situation will happen. Two testing barrels have the same group spread at 30 yards. However, at a distance of 50 yards or more, barrels shooting projectiles without nutation and precession errors will be more accurate. Testing at 55 yards can reflect these errors , making it easier to figure out potential barrel accuracy quality problems. So we believe short distance barrel accuracy testing can not replace long range quality inspection (at least 55 yards).

After finished these processes, strict quality inspection let us manufacture accurate barrels within our quality controlling range and set up basics for classifying different accuracy barrel class.

After we finished assembling, all guns will be tested again in order to inspect every single barrel’s accuracy performing. We also need to take a certain quantity of samples from each batch and shoot 10000-12000 times for life testing.
